    Q: Minimum Orders
    Do you have a minimum order?

    A: We have no minimum order. We will be happy to fill your order regardless of size.

    Q: Turn Around Time
    What is your usual turn around time?

    A: Turn Around time is usually about 15 days, excluding weekends and holidays. Occasionally, our TAT may increase if we've had a large volume of orders due to a sale or special promotion. If you have any specific questions about turn around time, please contact us. We do not maintain an “inventory”. To ensure freshness, we make your products when we receive your order. We do not accept order cancellations after 24 hours.

    Q: Returns
    Do you accept returns?

    A: Due to the custom nature of our products and the fact we are a small business, we are unable to accept any returns. You may want to consider ordering smaller sizes first to test how the product and fragrance react to your skin. Everyone has distinctive body chemistry, and fragrances may smell different on different people.

    Q: Animal Testing
    Do you test your products on animals?

    A: We do not believe in animal testing and none of our products are tested on animals.

    Q: Finished Products
    Can I order my product without color or fragrance?

    A: All of our products are available unscented and uncolored. Please choose "unscented" as your fragrance selection. If you prefer no color, please make a note in the comment section. Please remember some oils may discolor the finished product.

    Q: Custom Orders
    Do you do custom orders?

    A: If you are looking for a particular product or fragrance and don’t see it in our listings, email us. We are constantly adding new products and fragrances to our line. We can also do custom orders to suit your needs, often at no extra charge. For example, we can make custom labels personalized with your child's name.
